Jon has over 25 years experience in the HVAC/R & Mechanical services industry having worked throughout most area’s of Western Australia including remote locations around the Pilbara, Kimberley’s, Goldfields and the South-West .
His field of expertise revolve around project management of commercial air conditioning systems, cool room and freezer room plant and systems, ventilation and extraction systems, heating and boiler plant, clean rooms, mining & industrial - mechanical services plant and systems.

Berry has over 40 years experience in various fields of accounting and general management having worked in Africa, Australia and Hong Kong. Many large international companies have sought his wide experience across a number of sectors including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Distribution and Construction where he has applied his skills in cost and management accounting, human resource management and IT matters
Darryl has over 30 years experience in the mechanical services industries having worked in Northern Territory, Queensland and most parts of Western Australia. The last 10 years have been with Haden Engineering in the minor projects area and he has wide experience in:
Michael has over 28 years experience in the mechanical services industries and worked for ten (10) as a Marine Engineer for the Royal Australian Navy.
A further four & half (4½) years working for Austal Ships in Henderson on HVAC & Refrigeration systems on various vessels ranging from 40-80 metres in length has seen Michael become a highly skilled asset to any service organisation.
Project management and Workplace Assessment in various companies have enabled Michael to further his studies going on to receive Dip Eng. and Dip Bus Man.
