The Diamond Industries team is committed to providing a high quality product regardless
of the application. The high quality levels sought by management and its workforce
are to be supplemented by detailed quality systems and procedures. These procedures
are continuously being developed and our current applications can be viewed in our
offices by appointment.
Our Quality Assurance philosophy encompasses the belief that before any work
commences it is imperative that all concerned are aware of their responsibilities.
A review team commensurate with the project size would be established comprising the
contractor’s project management team and client representatives along with any other
relevant interested parties. This team will ensure that the scope is fully understood
and that Quality Assurance Plans identify the relevant party’s scope and associated time
scales for each project.
Of all project activities the Quality Plan is critical to successful contract completion.
As such, Diamond Industries employs tested procedures to monitor, track and report on all activities. Procedures range from simple documentation, manual inspection and routine witness testing to a comprehensive set of guidelines. Prior to each and every contract launch, establishment of the levels of Quality Assurance requirements for the client are defined and are incorporated within the companies project planning.
Note that we have extensive experience working on projects where Quality Assurance,
Occupational Health and Safety and Environment Protection are contractual
requirements. Projects include industrial works for Western Mining Corporation
and Defence contracts for the Royal Australian Navy.
